Driver - Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Live-In & Hourly

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Metro NJ. As a CHHA, you will provide non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, homemaking, and companionship services to clients
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and manage household tasks
• Assist with medication reminders and errands
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• NJ CHHA Certification
• Drivers License - Car preferred
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Current PPD or chest X-ray
• Immunization record (including COVID-19 booster and flu shot)
• 2 professional and 2 personal references
• Reliable transportation
• Annual in-service records
• Background check clearance
