Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Title

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay Transparency

Pay: Starting Pay: $22.25

M-Sat w/ day off during the week. Please include resume. This position may remain at the current station or be reassigned to another location within 50-mile radius based on operational needs. Employees will be required to work at the location 5 days a week.
