Job Title Endocrinology Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) Job Type Independent Practice Opportunity About This Position MedCBO is a Colorado‑based healthcare business infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups to launch, manage, and scale their practices. We provide a comprehensive Business‑in‑a‑Box platform covering revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. In this role you will establish or transition to an independently operated medical practice that you own and operate while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. Responsibilities Provide endocrine care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with physician participation as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Endocrinology, or a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure.
