Role Description Technicians and helpers will work full time on-site in Wilmington, DE, supporting environmental cleanup, specialized cleaning, and restoration projects. Daily tasks may include assisting with mold remediation, water damage repair, fire restoration, and spray foam insulation installation under the guidance of senior technicians. Team members will help set up and break down equipment, perform site preparation and cleanup, and follow safety and regulatory procedures at residential and commercial locations. The role involves using cleaning tools and machinery, handling materials and supplies, and documenting work performed as needed. Technicians and helpers are expected to work collaboratively, maintain a professional demeanor with customers, and be available for occasional emergency or after-hours response. Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, cleaning equipment, and related machinery. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures consistently. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset when working on-site with clients. Reliable transportation to Wilmington, DE job sites and readiness to work full-time with occasional flexible or emergency hours. Willingness to learn restoration, environmental cleanup, and insulation techniques; prior experience in cleaning, construction, or maintenance is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications in restoration, mold remediation, or safety are beneficial.
