Cable Assembler

General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Warehouse / Assembler to join a manufacturing team here in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently Pay Rate 16.50 /hr Schedule and Hours 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings. Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly. Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance. Reeling/cutting cables for orders. Training will be provided for cable connecter assembly. Qualifications and Requirements Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and schematics. Experience with hand soldering. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Job Type Full-time, temporary to permanent.
