Litigation Attorney Direct Counsel

Litigation Attorney Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. Candidates must hold an active California Bar license. Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/skills:

• Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually (DOE).
