Accounting Manager (PT)We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to take ownership of financial operations and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth trajectory.The Accounting Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and influence decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels. This role oversees all core accounting and financial reporting functions while partnering closely with local and regional leadership to drive operational performance and profitability.Responsibilities Include:Direct accounting and financial reporting activities leading a team of two accounting clerksLead all accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, consolidations, and financial statement preparationOversee credit and collections, as well as accounts payableManage cash operations and ensure effective reconciliation and control processesSupport the annual budget process, monthly financial analysis, and forecastingMaintain integrity of accounting systems, processes, and internal controlsCoordinate and prepare for the annual external auditSupport corporate transactions and reporting requests, including ad-hoc analyses, footnote preparation, and audit documentationAssist with SOX readiness efforts and the implementation of a strong control frameworkPartner with finance and operations teams to drive efficient and profitable growthAdditional duties or special projects as assigned.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong accounting and financial acumen with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationshipsDemonstrated business acumen and fiduciary mindsetProven project management experienceHands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levelsCPA preferredPublic accounting or equivalent industry leadership experience is a significant plusSyspro ERP software experience a plusExperience within a Private Equity–backed organizationPhysical Requirements: Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.Compensation & Benefits:BradyPLUS offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
