Virtual Partner Advantage is an outsourced accounting and financial-advisory firm for growing businesses. For nearly 30 years, from our offices in Alexandria and Marksville, we've been the numbers-and-strategy partner behind hundreds of companies. We don't just “do the books.” We help our partners understand their financials, improve their profit, and build more valuable, scalable businesses. Day to day, here's the work you'll grow into , not a checklist you need on day one. This is hands-on bookkeeping, posting bills, recording customer payments, entering credit card and expense transactions, handling prepaids and accruals, running collections, processing payroll, and sending out invoices. It's detailed work and doing it accurately and on time is exactly what our partners count on us for. As you master it and show us what you're made of, your role can grow into monthly reporting, client relationships, and beyond. We're not looking for someone who already knows how to do every one of these tasks. We're looking for someone sharp, dependable, and driven that we can train and grow. We are not looking for the person who checks every box. Boxes can be taught. We are looking for the person who starts without all the skills and learns them fast, the one who walks in a little green (new, inexperienced, still learning the ropes) but, because they refuse to stay average, is soon outperforming the very people who trained them.

We can teach skills. We cannot teach drive. We cannot install integrity. We cannot download the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks “good, that's mine to solve now.”
