Oversee and manage patent preparation and prosecution. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, and robotics circuitry. Admission to the USPTO is required. JD and active bar admission required for associate candidates. Education Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics. Certifications Admission to the USPTO.
