Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment

Location:

• Warrensville Heights, Ohio
• Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift (36 or 48 Hours/Week Available)

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel assignments
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License required
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current AHA ACLS Certification

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry findings
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Assess and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and best clinical practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and acute care skills
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking abilities
