My client is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager to join their busy, service-driven community pharmacy located in the heart of Lancaster. You will be supported by a highly experienced Non-Pharmacist Manager, along with an established dispensary and counter team. This structure allows you to focus on what you do best: clinical leadership, patient care, service delivery, and maintaining the highest professional standards. Key Duties: Provide safe, accurate, and efficient clinical checking and dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions.Lead the delivery of a wide range of pharmacy services (e.g., Pharmacy First, vaccinations, weight loss management, ear wax removal etc etc)Offer expert healthcare advice and support to patients, ensuring a friendly, approachable, and professional service.Work closely with the non-pharmacist manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient experience.Support and develop the pharmacy team through guidance, training, and positive leadership.
