What Youll Do:

• Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring work meets our high standards of quality.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and property owners, building strong, professional relationships.

• Evaluate outdoor spaces and provide knowledgeable recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

• Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for new and existing projects.

• Manage and coordinate landscaping crews, maintaining productivity and staying on schedule.

• Monitor work quality and proactively address any client concerns to ensure satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in landscaping and site supervision (required).

• Solid knowledge of plants, garden design, and landscape maintenance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess landscapes and offer creative, practical improvement ideas.

• Experience in preparing and presenting project estimates.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects efficiently.
