Why You’ll Love Working Here: Boutique-style communities with low resident-to-caregiver ratios Supportive leadership and a collaborative, team-first culture A meaningful role where your presence truly matters Available Shifts: We have per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities for the following shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am. Please note: Per diem team members are required to pick up at least 2 shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule. What You’ll Do: Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and state regulations Ensure proper dosage, timing, and documentation of all medications Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families Support daily operations, including deep cleaning tasks, meal preparation, and assisting residents with morning routines What You’ll Need: Must be at least 18 years old (required) Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification (required) Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and communicate in English (required) Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment Benefits Available to You: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Group Life and AD&D Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental and Voluntary Insurance Available Apply today and discover why Fox Trail Memory Care is a Great Place to Work.
