Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer

Lead site civil engineering projects from concept and due diligence through permitting and construction, including design, plan preparation, and regulatory approvals. Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and teams; provide technical mentorship, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of site/civil engineering experience, including project management and client relationship responsibilities. A PE license or ability to obtain one quickly is strongly preferred, along with Civil 3D proficiency and experience in site design and permitting.
