This is a rare opening created by the relocation of a beloved team member who spent over 20 years with us. We are looking for a skilled professional who desires a long-term clinical home where patient care is never rushed and quality is the only metric for success.
Led by Dr. Robert L. Harrell, our practice has maintained a 5-star reputation for over 26 years. We operate as a pure fee-for-service office, meaning we do not participate in insurance networks. Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience.

Job Description

Comprehensive Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance within a "zero untreated perio" environment.
Patient Assessment: Conduct 90-minute new patient evaluations and 60-minute recall appointments to ensure comprehensive diagnostic reviews.
Clinical Excellence: Utilize advanced clinical skills to assist in long-term oral health planning and dental implant maintenance.
Professional Communication: Act as a key educator and liaison for patients, maintaining our practices standard of clear, transparent, and compassionate communication.
Collaborative Support: Maintain a sterilized, efficient workspace while working seamlessly with Dr. Harrell and the support team.

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Total Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.
Appointment Standards: 1-hour recall appointments and 90-minute new patient appointments.
