Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate with a supportive therapy team to create individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to maximize functional outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company policies
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation and wellness
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico PTA license or compact privilege
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a PTA (SNF experience preferred)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Must be comfortable meeting productivity expectations (92%)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation knowledge
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
- Time management and documentation proficiency
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
