Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive workspace coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you will manage essential administrative tasks, handle logistics, and maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities Manage logistics operations, including picking up packages, ordering parts, and coordinating shipments and deliveries Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed Perform light office intra-day upkeep outside of normal cleanings Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment management for staff Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, and general front-desk inquiries Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation, including maintaining information for cyber and physical compliance Support team members with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed Help coordinate meetings, team events, and office activities Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or logistics role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general scheduling software Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for running errands and picking up packages A self-starter attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in a startup, technology, or manufacturing environment Familiarity with inventory management or procurement processes Interest in drone technology, public safety, or emerging tech industries What we offer A collaborative and mission-driven work environment focused on community safety Opportunities for professional growth as the company scales Competitive compensation and benefits Arxlight is an equal opportunity employer.
