• Be thego-to providerfor patients of all ages
• Use your clinical expertise todiagnose, treat, and empower

• Keep documentation sharp, follow-ups prompt, and care personal

What You Bring:

• MDwith current Texas license
• Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine
• A heart forcommunity healthand a mind forclinical excellence
• Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
• ACLS certificationExperience inprimary or acute care
• Worked withnon-profits or underserved populations
• Leadership or supervisory experience
