Join us!About this role:Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will specialize in vendor strategy and relationship management. The EFT group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.In this role, you will:Work as part of the EFT Vendor Management team to support, track and report on the day-to-day activities of full functional Vendor management team.Participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business ServicesEnsure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions by using automation tools to enhance the Vendor Management team's performance and capabilities.Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterpriseUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutionsProvide guidance on leveraging new technology & VendorsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:Experience working with executive leadership and senior business stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule - ability to work in office This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting End Date: 20 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
