HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BREAK PRESS OPERATOR IN PLAINFIELD, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Break Press Operator to join our team in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for operating press brake machinery, accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, and using precision measuring tools to ensure quality production. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22/hour
• 8 am - 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Plainfield, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, to verify dimensions and ensure product quality
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a brake press required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient in using calipers and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
