The Role We’re looking for a StratOps Lead to partner closely with the leadership team to build and scale the operational backbone of our GTM org. This is a high‑impact role for someone who wants to help shape the foundation of a company at the earliest stage—and grow alongside it. As an early stage AI startup, we’re moving fast—this role is about bringing structure to ambiguity, turning strategy into execution, and ensuring we’re focused on the highest‑impact work. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, go‑to‑market, and operations, helping define how we grow. This is a highly cross‑functional role where you’ll drive key initiatives, configure systems from scratch, and act as a force multiplier for the entire team. What you’ll do Lead strategic projects: Take ownership of high‑impact, ambiguous initiatives—from new market entry to internal tooling to partnerships Build and scale GTM ops: Design and implement processes, systems, and dashboards that enable the company to operate efficiently as we grow Partner with GTM teams: Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize funnel performance, pricing, and customer acquisition strategies Own key business metrics: Define, track, and improve core metrics across revenue, growth, and customer success Support fundraising and investor reporting: Help prepare materials, metrics, and narratives for investor updates and fundraising processes What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, BizOps, consulting, or a high‑growth technology company (experience at an early‑stage company preferred) Strong strategic + operational mindset: You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute details flawlessly Early‑stage experience (or equivalent ownership): Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from 0 → 1 Experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations: Designed or managed sales funnels, CRM systems, and reporting Built forecasting models, pipeline tracking, and GTM dashboards Partnered with sales teams to improve conversion rates, sales processes, and performance Analytical and data‑driven: Fluent in using data to inform decisions; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic modeling Cross‑functional leadership: Proven ability to work across teams and influence without authority Bias toward action: You move quickly, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves California State Residents: The expected salary range for this position is between $160k – $210k for California State residents and is experience dependent. #J-18808-Ljbffr AUI™ (Augmented Intelligence)
