InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Fort Worth (Full-Time or Part-Time). You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards What InHome Therapy Offers Consistent patient census – we bring patients to you through our agency partner network IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume Tablet and data plan provided Paid training and mentorship Concierge‑level clinical and administrative support Leadership opportunities and professional development Compensation and Benefits $75 to $85 per evaluation. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others include both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in IHT’s 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements.
