As a growing Registered Investment Advisor, we're seeking a Compliance & Technology Associate to help support the systems, processes, and regulatory framework that keep our business running smoothly and our clients protected. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in both financial services compliance and technology operations, making a meaningful impact across the entire organization. What You’ll Do In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and team members throughout the firm to: Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and policy administration Assist with employee compliance training and ongoing compliance initiatives Help maintain and strengthen EIG's compliance program Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with external technology partners Assist with technology systems, user administration, and ongoing operational improvements Contribute to special projects that improve processes, efficiency, and the employee experience This position blends analytical thinking, problem-solving, and service excellence, making it ideal for someone who enjoys learning new systems and helping others succeed. What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and highly organized Curious and eager to learn Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting A strong communicator with a service-first mindset Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity Experienced within a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, financial institution, or regulated industry preferred. Has a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and business technology systems. Motivated to grow their career within the financial services industry Why EIG?
