Slaughterhouse Production Worker
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Pay Increase: $0.50/hour raise after 90 days
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM-2:30 PM
Location: Simpsonville, KY

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Slaughterhouse Production Workers to join our team in Simpsonville, KY. This position involves working in a fast-paced meat processing environment and performing a variety of production and processing duties while following strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Essential Job Duties
• Assist with daily slaughterhouse and meat processing operations.
• Perform various production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Handle and process meat products in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely when trained and authorized.
• Lift, carry, move, and position materials and products throughout the work area.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to arrive on time for the 5:45 AM start time.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and occasional overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food processing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
