Maintenance Supervisor - Proximity

Job Duties Day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned community, including work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, vendor and inventory management Prepare vacant units for move-in and complete service repairs Perform repairs and maintenance to apartments, common areas, amenities, and grounds Perform exterior maintenance: daily trash collection, exterior light checks, landscape maintenance, custodial work, snow removal, and AM/PM lock‑up of amenities as needed Comply with all company standards and the employee handbook Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws Ensure inventory controls are in compliance with company standards Work with the Community Manager as directed Operate under the safety and operating standards set by the company Work flexible hours and take on‑call duty when necessary Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition at all times Communicate promptly any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents, personnel, or the community to the Community Manager Maintain the highest level of customer service with prospects, residents, vendors, and coworkers Motivate team members through positive communication and leadership skills Effectively manage time and adjust to ensure all priorities are addressed timely and effectively Benefits 100% employer‑paid quality health care plan (Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance) Competitive wages Quarterly bonus program Retirement plans with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Quarterly & annual growth reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
