EVS Regional Director of OperationsWe are hiring immediately for a EVS Regional Director of Operations position. Home base would be the Milwaukee area, however Appleton, Oshkosh, Kenosha, & Racine areas are applicable. Online applications accepted only. Ability to manage 16 different EVS accounts. Pay Range: $145,000 - $165,000. Ideal candidates will bring direct experience leading EVS Directors and large frontline teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, navigating Joint Commission and infection prevention requirements, and partnering with hospital executives. This is a specialized hospital EVS leadership position, not a general facilities, janitorial, retail, or hospitality operations role. You will be part of the regional leadership team and provide planning, direction, and guidance to the accounts in your territory, while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
