In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating positive experiences, resolving concerns, and ensuring every caller feels heard, cared for, and valued. What You’ll Do As a vital member of our customer service team, you will: Provide exceptional serviceby answering and screening patient inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Resolve questions quickly and accurately, offering solutions directly whenever possible to ensure patient satisfaction. Handle concerns with empathy, including supporting irate callers with patience, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues. Document all patient interactions, including actions taken and outcomes. Schedule, cancel, and update physician appointmentsusing our computer system, including notifying patients of any changes. Coordinate transportation servicesfor patients who need support getting to appointments. Communicate with medical centers, departments, and officesto gather necessary patient information. Connect potential new membersto the Marketing Agency and maintain accurate prospect records. Take and route messagesfor physicians and support departments. Update patient personal informationto ensure accurate records. Conduct outbound appointment confirmation callsto help patients stay on track with their care.
