Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups.Your RoleAs a Business Operations Manager/Senior Manager, you’ll be part of a small, high-leverage team responsible for tackling Zip’s most important business challenges. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, design and operationalize new processes, and work directly with senior leadership to drive measurable impact. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants accountability for delivering outcomes. You WillLead “zero-to-one” strategic initiatives across the organization, translating ambiguous goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and implementation.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer, Product, and G&A teams to deliver operational improvements and inform strategic decision-making.Build scalable processes and systems from “one-to-ten” and improve existing workflows for efficiency and growth.Analyze business performance, develop robust models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations for leadership.Define success metrics, track performance, and ensure accountability across key initiatives. Qualifications6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup.4-year undergraduate degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related)Proven ability to independently problem-solve and drive complex projects under ambiguityStrong analytical skills, including experience working with complex business dataExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functionsDemonstrated ability to create and operationalize new processes, systems, or programs.Preferred QualificationsBased in SF or willing to relocate; hybrid role.Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.Familiarity with internal AI tooling such as Claude CoworkPrior exposure to both Product and GTM organizations.MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required. The salary range for this role is $150,000–$210,000 OTE. Final compensation is determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, and location.
