Key Personnel is seeking a Temp Operations Support Senior in El Paso, TX.

Job Title: Temp Operations Support Senior
Location: El Paso, TX
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range : $20–22/hr DOE
Duration: Long-Term Temporary (6–12 Months)

Temp Operations Support Senior Job Summary

Provide administrative and operational support for construction project closeout activities by ensuring accurate, complete, and timely documentation. Review and process contractor invoices, reconcile project records, and assist with financial forecasting while working closely with multiple departments to support successful project completion.

Temp Operations Support Senior Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all documentation required to close construction projects.
• Review, reconcile, and process contractor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain project documentation, including:
  • Job orders and completion reports
  • As-built and designed versus constructed documentation
  • Leakage and repair logs
  • Service line documentation
  • Pipeline compliance records
  • Major material records
  • Contractor invoices and supporting documentation
  • Contractor Daily Progress Reports
  • Contract terms and pricing
• Enter and verify data using Oracle, Maximo, MarkView, Locus View, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Prepare completion reports, invoice coding, debit memos, journal entries, and material transfer documentation.
• Support financial forecasting by monitoring project status and invoice timing.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Temp Operations Support Senior Teamwork & Customer Service Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Operations, Engineering, GIS, and Property Accounting to ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
• Communicate project status and documentation needs through Microsoft Teams, email, and other communication platforms.
• Build positive working relationships with internal departments to resolve documentation and invoice discrepancies.
• Provide timely support while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Temp Operations Support Senior Technical & Software Skills Required:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret reports, forms, maps, and technical documentation.

Temp Operations Support Senior Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience reviewing construction or project documentation and contractor invoices.
• Experience working with ERP or project management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and multiple departments.
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
