Pay Range: Hourly Rate: $52.00 – $64.00/hr (based on experience) 2nd Shift Differential: $2.00/hr 3rd Shift Differential: $4.25/hr Contract: Permanent / Full-Time Location: Ft. Key Responsibilities: Interpret orders and transcribe or verify them accurately into the pharmacy computer system Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, interactions, allergies, and appropriateness Sustain hospital formulary and promote rational drug therapy selection Provide accurate and timely medication information to healthcare staff and patients Assist with clinical services: drug consults, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, renal dosing, and other programs Document all clinical activities and interventions accurately and completely Complete notification reports regarding medication errors and adverse drug reactions Effectively supervise pharmacy operation activities and provide support to the whole pharmacy team Why You'll Love This Permanent Role Up to $64/hr – competitive pay with generous shift differentials! 267-bed hospital – top-performing quality facility with Advanced Primary Stroke Center, Cancer Care Center, open-heart surgery, and more!
