Maintenance Manager

Facilities Maintenance SupervisorThe position of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Bridgeport, CT involves overseeing maintenance and engineering support functions, managing plant projects, and providing technical guidance for plant maintenance programs.Responsibilities:1. Conduct plant-specific functions related to predictive and preventative maintenance, analyze equipment issues, assist in outage planning, and evaluate equipment failures.2. Supervise Maintenance Department personnel to maintain plant efficiency and safety, and ensure completion of work orders.3. Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets and manage the site CMMS program.4. Provide coaching and training for the maintenance team, investigate plant problems, and conduct inspections during outages.5. Provide technical support for contractor work compliance, coordinate with external contacts, and interact with plant personnel to exchange information.Requirements:• Experience with Maximo CMMS and MS Office suite• Occasional travel and physical ability to navigate plant facilitiesHours:This position may require being on call for emergencies or maintenance issues, with standby duty as needed.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10 years of relevant power plant experience required.
