Sparks Group has partnered with a human services organization to find a Payroll Administrator. As the Payroll Administrator you will be solely responsible for biweekly payroll for a staff of 500 to include full-cycle payroll execution, managing system updates for employees, payroll reconciliation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of payroll experience, solely supporting at least 400 people with recent experience working in ADP and Sage (Intacct preferred). Responsibilities:

• Process accurate, bi-weekly payroll for 400+ hourly and salaried W-2 employees while serving as the primary internal point of contact for all staff payroll inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day employee data updatesincluding benefits, pay rates, and retirement contributionsand occasionally interface with Accounts Payable to support 1099 contractor processing via Bill.com.
• Perform regular payroll audits and deliver recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for management using Sage Intacct.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience for at least 400 employees.
• Bachelors degree
• Recent experience working in ADP
• Sage 100 or Sage Intacct with Intacct highly preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $28.00 to $29.00
