Back of House/Kitchen Team Member

Our Back of House Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. As a Back of House Team Member, your role goes beyond just cooking and following safety guidelines. You’ll prepare delicious meals that keep our guests coming back for more.The responsibility of our back of house team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy while continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Food Safety and quality are of the utmost importance
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Keep work area clean and stocked
• Communicate effectively with front of house, fellow team members and leadership
• Being flexible and able to adapt quickly
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Acting with honesty, integrity, and care that promotes the culture, values and mission of Chick-fil-A Central Riverside
• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule Requirements:

• Available to work Saturdays
• Available to work on holidays
• Availability is a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Availability given at time of hire may not be altered for 90 days
