Responsibilities Independently evaluate patients’ level of function and determine, develop, and implement individualized treatment goals and plans in alignment with patient and caregiver goals. Determine treatment strategies and deliver Occupational Therapy services that promote health and wellness, prevent injury or disability, improve self‑dependency, and support productive, leisure, and recreational activities in a variety of contexts. Delegate patient care responsibilities to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Apply evaluation skills and techniques to maximize patient functional independence. Qualifications Education – Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy; Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Current CT Occupational Therapy license required. Preferred: Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist.
