Scrum Master – Migration Team Accenture Federal Services is hiring a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our migration team through complex application migration projects within an Agile framework. The role involves facilitating assessment, planning, and execution of migrating applications to new hosting environments. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events, including Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Standups. Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile principles. Lead application assessments, evaluating architecture, dependencies, and performance characteristics; analyze compatibility with new hosting environments. Identify risks and challenges associated with application migration and design mitigation strategies; develop migration strategies, including lift‑and‑shift and refactoring approaches. Required Skills and Experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Experience in application assessment and modernization techniques. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5–8 years of experience in a related role, focusing on Agile frameworks and technical project leadership. Active Agile Certification (e.g., CSM). Eligibility Requirements U.S. citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Active Secret clearance required. On‑site position based in St. Louis, MO; candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Compensation Base pay range for this position in the United States (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, District of Columbia, and Cleveland) is $142,800–$176,700 USD.
