What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Closing Power: 2+ years of high-volume leasing or sales experience in multifamily, with a clear, demonstrable track record of exceeding occupancy quotas and lease conversion benchmarks.
• Sharp Sales Acumen: Advanced negotiation, objection-handling, and closing capabilities. You treat lead management like an art form and a science.
• Tech & Digital Savvy: Proficiency in industry-standard PMS and CRM platforms ( Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Knock, or RentManager ), as well as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Experience leveraging digital advertising or social media to generate prospect traffic is a strong advantage.
• Bilingual Edge: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is highly valued and maximizes your market coverage across the Dallas area.
• Core Professional Traits: High energy, exceptional adaptability, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Logistics & Flexibility: Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility for weekend scheduling.

• Master the End-to-End Leasing Pipeline: Own the full leasing journey from initial digital inquiry, phone touchpoint, or walk-in tour to lease execution and key handoff. You will manage leads through modern CRM tools, handle objections with finesse, and create the sense of urgency needed to turn prospects into long-term residents.
• Drive Peak Occupancy & Retention: Consistently meet or exceed community performance benchmarks. Strategically execute renewal strategies months before units hit the turnover pipeline, pairing high conversion rates with genuine resident relationship management.
• Command Submarket Intelligence: Stay steps ahead of Dallas market trends, local submarket comps, and dynamic pricing strategies to position our property as the undisputed top choice in the neighborhood.
