Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Convert incoming Customer Calls into Booked Service Appointments.
Responsible for compiling and entering accurate customer information into Service Titan.
Advanced sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for Customer and fellow employees.
Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Possess a strong work ethic and Team-Player mentality.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of Company areas. We are looking for career minded professionals seeking a Company to call home for the long term. Required: 3-years plus CSR / Dispatching experience.
