As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), you will play a vital role in our mission to reach out with compassion and care to those struggling with opioid and other drug addictions.We are seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our on-site team at one or more nursing home facilities. As a PNP, you will provide medication management to patients in a long-term care setting. Your expertise in psychiatric care will enable you to make a profound impact on the lives of our patients.ResponsibilitiesProvide medication management to patients in one or more nursing home facilitiesAssess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionalsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plansCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless careQualificationsNurse Practitioner degreeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy and compassion for patientsOrganizational skillsExperience in psychiatric or long-term care settings a plusWork EnvironmentCross Hope by Restaura offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
