Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and assist with any service requests.
- Table Maintenance: Clean and reset tables and the bar area efficiently to prepare for incoming guests.
- Support Services: Assist servers and bartenders as service needs arise to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Restaurant Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
