The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales, margin, and overall customer relationships with the accounts in their assigned region. This individual will also be responsible for generating new accounts in the selected area as well as determining potential growth within existing accounts.Key relationships: You will report directly to the Sales Manager. This role is also remote with travel.Location: Covering all of Michigan, some of northern Ohio, and northern IndianaThe most critical outcomes for this role are to:Seek out new profitable opportunities while safeguarding our current business, ensuring both short-term and long-term financial gains for the branch.Achieve sales targets that are in line with the financial and customer targets of the branch/region.Ensure Metrie enters a market where it can profitably secure a leading market share by fostering close customer relationships.Effectively represent Metrie's interests when dealing with customers, the community, employees and suppliers.We would love to hear from you if you have:A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceLove to work in an outside sales environmentExperience in dealing with purchasing agents, senior buyers and small business ownersYou have a passion for customer service and enjoy building rapport with prospective and existing customersYou are passionate about learning, growing your knowledge and skills and have strong analytical skills.Values matter to you.
