We’re in search of a detail-oriented operations manager to oversee our daily operations, set up protocols, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, setting up SOPs, and setting up training manuals. Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Setting up SOPs, protocols, and training manuals.

• Starting new divisions and services of the company

• Manage clients' accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance and improve service delivery.

• Supervise the operations team and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license is a bonus
