Surgical Services Technician

This position is for a Certified Surgical Technologist in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty they are applying for. The role includes working day shifts, 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. There are call requirements of 1-2 call days per week. Two 48-hour weekend call shifts every 4-6 weeks are also required. Required response time for calls is 30 minutes. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with no exemptions allowed. No previous employees from the organization will be eligible for contract positions until one year after their termination date. References from a supervisor within the past 2 years are necessary for submission. All travelers within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local. Candidates will float within the hospital and may be assigned to different campuses. A copy of certifications is required in the submission profile. Background checks will be completed onsite on the first day, and results could impact employment.
