Healthcare Professional - Rehabilitation

Schedule

8D shifts are available, with day hours.

Assignment Details

This is a contract position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The billing cycle is weekly, and the notice period is 30 days.

Requirements

• Active license required.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
• No previous permanent or PRN work history at this organization within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with best practices.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Compliance / Notes

Parking details will be provided on the first day. Dress code information will also be provided at the orientation.
