Schedule/Hours:

• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour night shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Stepdown and Telemetry
• Proven ability to effectively monitor and assess patients requiring a higher level of care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a Stepdown and Telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families about care processes and recovery
