You'll be right there in the action, running the floor, setting the vibe, and making sure every Guest leaves with a full belly and a smile.

What You'll Be Rockin' on the Daily:

• Run high-energy, smooth shifts alongside your fellow leaders
• Support Team Members with coaching, training, and hands-on guidance
• Lead by example set the tone for service, hospitality, and cleanliness
• Jump on the line, greet Guests, prep food wherever the team needs you
• Handle shift-based operations: cash handling, food safety, labor control, and more
• Make quick decisions, solve problems, and keep the team moving forward
• Keep the restaurant looking sharp and running tight

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, proactive leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable respectfully and clearly
• Strong communicator who stays cool under pressure
• Passion for food, people, and great service
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
