What You’ll Do Sam’s Club is seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. Annual salary range: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses; certain positions may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. Minimum Qualifications 2 or more years of college; or 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience; or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; or 1 year’s Sam’s Club experience; or 3 years’ military experience. Preferred Qualifications Background in environmental compliance or related field. Retail profit and loss statement management experience. Supervisory experience. Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
