Quality Assurance Associate

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Location: Onsite - NJ Job Type: Contract (12+ Months) Experience: 0–4 Years Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands‑on experience in a GMP-regulated environment. The QA Associate will support quality systems, documentation review, batch record review, deviation investigations, CAPA activities, and compliance with FDA regulations. Responsibilities: Review batch production records for accuracy and GMP compliance. Support deviation investigations and CAPA documentation. Assist with change controls and quality events. Perform document control activities and SOP reviews. Participate in internal GMP audits. Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ICH, and company procedures. Support training documentation and quality metrics. Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, Validation, and Engineering teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field. 0–4 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
