CCBHC After Hours Clinician - SSP II Part-Time

Position Title CCBHC After Hours Clinician SSP II Part‑Time Organizational Relationships Immediately supervised by the Eastern Counties Coordinator. The position is located within the CCBHC and serves Dougherty County. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field. State licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Ability to work evenings and weekends. Completion of all required agency trainings. Valid credentials and certificates maintained up to date. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate with team members. Demonstrated leadership qualities and professionalism. Special Needs of Population Served Provide direct consumer services to adults (18+) with mental health diagnoses and/or addictive disorders who are persistently and chronically mentally ill. Services will be delivered in a culturally and linguistically competent manner. Staff Should Be Able To Complete all agency and related trainings initially and annually. Complete all required assessments with individuals and their families. Provide collaborative documentation. Keep all credentials and certificates up to date. Participate with fellow employees in a respectful and professional manner. Abide by productivity standards. Follow contract guidelines. Demonstrate leadership qualities to effectively manage staff and programs. Assigned Duties Employees are expected to perform their work in a competent and efficient manner. The role includes providing professional services outside of normal business hours, rotating shift coverage, and performing inpatient and telehealth outpatient assessments and therapy sessions. Duties Include Provide after‑hours behavioral health support coverage outdoors of normal business hours. Work rotating shifts: 15‑hour daily shift (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 5 p.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 1 p.m.–8 p.m.) or 16‑hour shift (Tuesday, Thursday 5 p.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.–1 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m.–1 p.m.). Provide outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, SPD) in person and via telehealth for Dougherty County outpatient program. Provide outpatient individual and family therapy in person and via telehealth for Dougherty County outpatient program. Maintain quality documentation and comply with all required trainings, certifications, and productivity standards. Attend all staffing and agency‑required trainings and staff meetings. Maintain a team‑player approach with all program staff. Complete additional duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
