As an Insurance Sales Representative , you'll begin by learning the agency through customer service before transitioning into a sales-focused role as your skills grow. You'll prospect through phone calls, community involvement, and online leads while receiving hands-on training, licensing assistance, and ongoing professional development. Warm leads, mentorship, and a collaborative office give you the support needed to build confidence and achieve your sales goals.

• $35,000-$45,000 Base pay plus commission with bonus opportunities
• Paid Time Off plus paid holidays
• Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
