What You’ll Do As a Team Leader, you will be entrusted with oversight of a designated area of the restaurant. Your responsibilities include: Leading your area and ensuring smooth daily operations Coaching and developing team members in real time Maintaining high standards for food quality, speed, accuracy, and hospitality Monitoring systems, cleanliness, and food safety procedures Driving team accountability and performance Assisting with training new team members Problem-solving and making operational decisions under pressure Supporting the vision and direction set by the Operator and Restaurant Leaders What We’re Looking For Proven leadership ability (restaurant experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills High level of personal responsibility and initiative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement A heart for serving others and developing people Dependable, professional, and growth-minded We are looking for leaders who set the tone, raise the standard, and positively influence those around them.
